• In 1:1 coaching (Business, Corporate and Executive) the person is involved as a whole: his/her thoughts, beliefs and feelings, his/her actions and expressions. I challenge the subject’s awareness of intentions and goals. Most of my work concerns relationships, to self and to others (leadership, management, communication, work life-balance).

• In team coaching the focus is on the quality of relationships within the team. The teams need to share more as they work together, learn how to exchange feedback and determine what needs to be expressed within the team. They need to join forces to discover and test new ways to move forward. Most of my work is to release the group’s energy and help its members go to the next phase of their relationship, in order to achieve their collective goals.

• In organisational coaching the collective intelligence is a key resource, organizations can find solutions to their challenges as long as they can rely on a sufficient number of active contributors. Co-creation and co-facilitation seminars with the client’s representatives are the main activities.
